Naturalization (Citizenship)
Naturalization is a way for a non-citizen of the U.S. to become a citizen. That means the citizen will then owe their allegiance to the U.S. In turn, the citizen will be entitled to all of the privileges, rights and responsibilities as natural born citizens.
At AMS Law Group, we have helped hundreds of legal immigrants obtain citizenship through naturalization. It is not an easy process. Although there are no guarantees in the law, your chances of success are greater if you have an immigration lawyer help you. Immigration laws change frequently, and we pay daily attention to be sure we help you also stay informed.
